it's blood.
White blood and red blood(hence dark)
cold blooded and warm blooded

am i right?
If you were to juggle a lion, and a house cat, the end result would look something like a tattered chunk of red fabric. The cat would scratch anything within reach, and the lion would just eat you. The lesson to learn? Make sure you eat your spinach.

@Wut2say: Close. Good guess

DragonRider wrote:How is it white and dark at the same time?

Those are metaphoric terms. White equals/compared to purity, innocence, justice, and what is right. Dark equals/compares to wickedness, guiltiness, injustice, and what is wrong. Humans are evil and holy, good and bad.

is it the human spirit, or a heart?

Heart, however that is not fully correct. You have to be more specific in what type of heart.

A human heart then, the spirit heart that people feel with, and the one that keeps us alive.....

This doesn't quite rym (rymm? rhymm? watever), but...

I am here, and there. I am that which many people seek, that all require. I am the spirit from your worst nightmare, I am he who stalks the night. I destroy, and I create. I build, and I tear down. Mountains quake before me, seas part in front of me. I am the undefeatable, I am he that walks unseen. Chaos, and order are under my control. I destroy the strong, and lift up the weak to a place of honor. Many fall before me forever, but to some I give everlasting happiness.

Who am I?

God? You said that you lift up the weak to a place of honor, which could be heaven. Many people seek God or a God, chaos and order.i.e controls everything, thats my guess any way.
Oh and its rhyme, to help you out....

most of the ones i make up are really easy, cause i like to use themn on my friends and they will only try to solve a riddle if it is easy, if they have to think to much...*sigh* i lose my moment of glory.

I can make up one pretty fast. Hmmm, I got one. I'll give you a hint before you read the riddle; the answer is a four digit number.

The sixth goes along with the fourth which will also make the second go along with the fourth.

if i'm thinking of the right type of riddles, then we do these a lot in one of my classes, but if i'm on the wrong track, oh well, i tried.
