Upload them to the internet on some site (I use geocities) and use the URL from there. |

Yep, Silentiea pretty much answered your question. I would just like to add that if someone is truly can<t find an host to upload their avatar, I can host it for you (if you don't plan to change too often).  Splitted from "Log in problems: account activation, lost password, etc..."
