How did one of my oldthreads get in the archives., when other, larger, better written ones are left to decay..??

When a number of weeks has passed, then an RP will be deemed "dead" and sent to the archives. You have to keep the story going, or summat bad will happen.

As Chalgrish said, it's only a matter of how long a thread has been inactive. After at least 2 months, the thread is moved to the archive to prevent people and newbies to put efforts into something that is no longer active.

If someone want to continue an archived story, s/he can do so by putting a link back to the old thread.
