OOC: here we go! see the OOC for the beginning.

All of the people near the book when it was opened is now piled up on the floor of a dirty alleyway.

"where are we now?" Flyingwolf looked around. "Oh snap! we're in that freaky book!"

All of his companions picked themselves up and looked around at the destroyed buildings, hovercars, robot policemen, and signs saying "Mortus is watching"

"We have got to get out of here before we go completly insane!"

Talus woke up in the alleyway and sat up ot rub his forehead.

"Geez that was weird...woah...freaky place..."he stood up and checked a nearby body.

"These are really strange clothes..."

Bahari jumped to his feet. He glanced around at his new surroundings, not liking what he saw. He shook the dust off himself, and licked off a small cut on his arm. He trotted forward and sniffed a sign, reading the enscription on it. Mortus is watching? he though. Who in the world is Mortus?

Mia jumped up looking at her new surroundings with a puzzled look on her face.''well this is new''she said gripping her cutlass by its handle but not drawing it.She seemed to be in a allyway and scowled at the thought that she had been laying on the ground since it didnt seem amazingly clean.She looked up to see signs saying mortus is watching and scowled again.''ive gone nuts havnt i''

Mordin looked out from his place on a nearby tower. "Interesting, newcomers." He said a smile forming on his lips.

"okay gang, it appears that either we have all gone to sleep and are going insane, or that book sent us to hell"

Scouting the surroundings, he sees a tower without one of the freaky signs. "why dont we try going to that tower? we'll need some clothes to blend in though"

He punches a passerby and takes his clothes

Bahari looked at his vest, spike bracelet, leather belt and bright red doo-rag. "I blend in perfectly!" he said sarcasticly.

Looks down at her clothes then looks at the passers bye clothes''i think i would rather stick out than wear that''she said before sighing and walking behind someone and knocking them out with a swift punch to the head.

Talus flipped out a small jeweled locket and tapped it twice. His bright red robes became a pair of blue jeans, a white shirt, and a denim jacket.

"Alright, I'm ready."

"Alright, lets move out!" Flyingwolf walks out of the alley and barely misses a hovercar.

" HOLY @$#%! that nearly hit me!" He freaks out and starts running toward the tower at a strange pace.

"Humph, those fools." Mordin smirked as one of them was almost roadkill. They were heading in his general direction. "Looks like they are just looking for trouble, and I think it found them." He noted several robotanks coming down a parelell street. He pulled unsheathed his orange-ish broadsword and leaned against the hilt. "This should get interesting."

"Hey, tanks! maybe there freindly. HI MISTER IN THE TANK!" A round from the tanks arsenal is released and nearly reduces Him to cinders.

"So its a fight you want huh? BRING IT ON!!!" Flyingwolf unsheaths his tomahawks and prepares to fight back

Talus used a quick telepathic surge to find the mind he was looking for, he brushed against a leader's thoughts. Concentrating, he puts his hands together and mumbles a quick spell to teleport.

He appeared behind Mordin.

"Excuse me, have we met?"

Mordin heard a small 'poof' behind him and immediatly he swung around his blade following closly behind. Unfortunatly the blade glanced off of a pillar to his right. A foot away from it's target, the force of the steel against concrete nearly knocked him off of the tower. He gripped the man's shirt and swung him against the pillar. "Neat trick. Anouther one of Mortis's goons?" He stopped. This guy wasn't a peon, he wasn't cybernetic or bulky enough, and he had a certain intelligance in his eyes. He let him go but kept his sword at his side. "So what do you want?"

IC: A dark figure was resting in the dark part of the area when he sensed someone familiar.

...Talus?...

The figure looked around and saw Talus having a conversation with someone else who was also... familiar. Naturally, the figure teleported behind them, holding his head.

Mordin cursed as he heard anouther soft pop, behind him, again. He swung his sword once again but stopped it a few inches from the man's neck. "Anouther one? How many of you are there?" He looked back to the white shirted fellow. "Who sent you." He exposed his claw and threw a few sparks from his mouth to show he wasn't kidding.

The tank stops in front of the tower and everyone in it rushes in and sees the scene he made.

"Nobody sent us, who sent those tanks?"

Flyingwolf grabs a nearby book and studies it.

"It seems that this mortis guy conquered the world shortly after the time we left, gathered 10 people to help him rule the world and is completly nuts! the only way to get back to our world is a portal that has been in hiding for a hundred years.
