IC: Brothorn let Thea slip away.
"So, you did have another question!" Brothorn was a bit surprised. He had only acted like he knew what he was talking about.
"Well,. . ." he stammered, "Well, what is it, priestess?" His fidgetted a little. His back had begun to bother him again.

Just say it, Seraphine, this is silly...but what if I make a fool of myself? He'll understand...he's a good man, now say it before you lose your nerve.

"Do you like me!" she blurted out, then covered her mouth with her hands in shock.

Brothorn was at a lose of words. He was not expecting anything like that.
"I. . .what. . .ye-. . .you. . .I. . .um," he stumbled over his words once again. He seemed to never get anything right. "I. . .ahem. . ." He just blushed, grinned sheepishly, and looked at the ground digging the toe of his boot into the dirt. His hand were fidgetting. He couldn't decide what to do with them. His back was burning just as his face was.

Seraphine smiled sadly. The reaction from him was what she expected, but not what she wanted. I'm not going to cry, I'm not going to cry.. she said to herself in her head. A single tear slid down her cheek. Traitorous bastard.

"Its alright if you don't....I thought this would happen." she sighed and walked towards the entrance of the cave.

"What?. . .No. . .I do. . ." His voice trailed away. He was still looking at the ground. His face was getting redder by the second. He had never been confronted like this.

Seraphine had already exited the cave. She looked up at the sky and tried to make sense out of the blur that just happened. Yet, she also didn't want to think about it. How would she ever face him again? She could run...but that was stupid she had a mission.

Her best thought was to march back up to him and apologize. She turned back around to go into the cave but stopped herself. Maybe later.

Brothorn heard no reply. He looked up. Seraphine was gone. Where?
"Priestess, wait!" he called out, finally gathering up his nerve. The only way she could have gone was out of the cave. He started towards the outside. But why would she run from him? Did she not want him to like her? Did she not like him? He stopped and started to turn around. But. . .if she didn't like him, why would she ask the question? Brothorn walked outside. He spotted her a little ways off.
"Pries-. . .," his words faultered again. "Ser-. . .wait!" He continued towards her, increasing his pace.

Sera stopped as she heard someone behind her. It was Brothorn.
Well, go to it then...

"Brothorn," she took a deep breath. "I wanted to apologize for earlier, I didn't mean to put you into such an uncomfortable predicament. You won;t hurt my feelings for any of the ways you answer. We can still be friends right? Its just...I'm sorry."

"But I don't want to be friends," he said. "I want to be more." He looked at her, pleading. "Do you?"

"Well..I...yes! Thats what I was afraid of earlier, that you didn't feel that way..." she found it hard to just stand there. "I was worried that something else was going to happen..or that I wasn't going to tell you. And Thea didn't help that much...Its just weird..."

She moved closer and hugged him, after she felt better, her face rose to meet his. She smiled and said. "What do we do now?"

IC: Brothorn smiled at Seraphine's reply. He hugged her. But, as for the answer to her question. . . His smile faded, and he looked down at her.
"Um. . .I don't know. . .really. I've never. . .," he blushed again. "This is new."

Seraphine tilted her head to the side. "I read a fairie tale once...the picture looked something like this."

She kissed him for a few seconds.

"I hope I did it right..." she said blushing. "It didn't give instructions ya know..."

They're so clueless! It's kinda funny. A fairy tale?. . .good one.
It feels kinda weird being the boy of the duo.
Ok. One final post before I'm lost to other events.

IC: Brothorn smiled at Seraphine. Then, he bent down and kissed her softly on the forehead. He hugged her tighter. This was all new to him, and he didn't know what to do exactly. He was happy, though. He was estactic. For the first time in a long time, he was happy.

IC: Celestial followed Brothorn when he left. He didn't hear anything that he and Sera said, but when they kissed he was in shock. He didn't know that Sera knew how to kiss that long. He shook his head at his own thought then walked back to the rest of the group.

OOC: thanks, Talus. I wasn't able to get on and Thea being stuck to Brothorn like that was just ridiculous.

IC: Thea had retreated into a darker corner of the cave. She didn't want to see or be seen. She just wanted to either lose herself in memories or forget them. She didn't even notice Seraphine leaving and Brothorn going after her.

Mia saw as thea walked to the bac of the cave. Worried she followed her and sat down beside her.

"Thea im sorry i think we got off to a bad start...Im really sorry that..." Knowing that bringing that subject up would make her feel worse she droped it and restarted. " Listen we got off to a bad start..." She reiterated," Im sorry i acted so horrible to you after what Iyrius did to you...but can we just star over?"

Thea sniffed and wiped her eyes, turning to look at Mia. She smiled slightly. "Iyrius didn't do anything to me, nor I him. The Order was against our relationship from the start. You know, because i'm not human. I'm willing to bet he was led to think that i left him as i was led to think that he was dead. It's normal for someone who thinks they've lost someone they cared for to look for another." She shook her head. "Stupid, bloody Order! It's all their fault!"
Shaking her head again, Thea held out a hand. "Sure. Starting over sounds like a good idea."

IC:Thea shook her head. "I'm not human in their terms. I'm Advanian. Their term of human is someone who doesn't look like me." She gave a smile and rolled her eyes in a way that plainly said, 'freakin' weirdos'. "I really AM human. Well... a close relation of human at least."

Mia really didnt no what to say at this point. Her loatheing for the guild was growing how could they have done somthing so horrible and then allow a none mage to fall in love with a mage of their guild? Her anger was building when she heard Armotag Said,

" SHouldnt we start finding the words? My bloodlust is growing"

Turning to armotag Mia said," Well yea we should star looking but if we found the other two packs. They could help us find the words and Get information on things we need to know...that is if seraphine is willing to find them." Mia said looking at seraphine.
