Scryser smirked arrogantly, for he had just taken control of another city, Ascray, to be exact. Petting his dragon, Wreathfire, who was fully trained in the art of fighting thieves, knights, and another riff-raff in their way.
Scryser himself was trained in the same way by his mentor, Scar, who taught Scryser everything he knew. Despite their close bond, Scryser longed for true power, and Scar was in his way. So when Scar was sleeping, Scryser drew his sword, saluted and brought it down on Scar's neck...
