A cry in the dark
A blazing inferno
The charge of the brave
The flashing of fangs
A high pitched wail
The thud of the dead
A clank of his sword
A victory roar
A pool of blood
Then all is done
The hero is slain
When all is lost
But none are found
The way is blocked
And death draws near
From deep in the shadows
