I recently started a story where a race of magically spawned people where part man and part dragon. Thier face looks like that of a man but the skin of thier bodies is composed of dragon scales that server as armor for them. I have sort of a rought draft of a back story writen and this race had maintained a time of peace but they where all but wiped out when a mage tried to sieze power for him self. in ages that passed they have become all but a legend and forgotten, and many ruthless kings have taken over the land having nothing to hold em back. I plan on main part of story being of a group of young people finding the remanents of this race, and threw an act of magic on thier part becmoing one of them and the return of this new race to some of these kingdoms.

if anyone has any ideas for character names it be aprecited as i have hit writers block bigtime on that point.

I do not have any names at the moment however I can give you away to help you create your names. You can take the first three letters in any name that you already know of and combine them.

Ex.

James Jones & Carolina Carter
Jamcar, Carjam, Jaracm, etc...

You can use the same method except use the last names instead.

Ex.

James Jones & Carolina Carter
Joncar, Carjon, Caronj, etc...

You can even add extra letters if you are feeling creative.

Ex.

Joncarica, Caronjiyu, Jaracminatic, etc...

Pronouncing them will be a pain though.

They are some good names This story sounds really good! You know that race that was wiped out, do they have dragon wings?

Start it as an RP and the story will just develop for you to organize and sent to the publishers. WITH names.
