Could it be possible for a sea dragon to have swim blabber? How long they be able to stay without water?

a sea bladder i suppose is possible but i am not the one to aski am writing to aswer the other question. the length of time they spend underwater depends on the way they breathe, i am fond of a sea dragon with gills but also lings so they could go forever in both areas

Oh, that's explain that old lady seeing two champs walking on land episode of Monster quest. I guess they have lungs.
