Hello, my name is Kroatone. I am 15, though I'll be 16 in just two days. I have believed in dragons for as long as I can remember. For the last four years I have searched, studied and tracked everything I can abut dragons. It's become an obsession. I have come to connect with fellow dragon lovers and scholars. It should be nice to be able to talk about dragons in peace without all of the complaints of being crazy. I look forward to my stay here.

True. It is a healthy obsession yet there are times when it is extreamly unhealthy (posers) in other words who have bin so obsessed with dragons that they actualy believe they are dragons.(THX GOD there are none here lol)

Indeed, one can only wonder what it would be like for them to really exist though. I would look forward for a world with dragons.

I wished humanity never killed everything they feared as well but sadly it is in our nature. Kill to survive, Destroy to create, Live to die. Fact of what we do and what we will always be doing. No matter how much we hate it.

Lucky for us the possibilities are endless and yes Everyone here would wish to see even a dead dragon for it will prove all of our facts and add questions that we never even thought of before.

So yah we are all here for the same reason as the other. To prove their facts and add questions till we all find a perfect image of a dragon in our heads.

You will fit in quite nicely over here.

Ah, now that's something I'm not used to doing, lol fitting in that is. Thank you for the warm welcomes. Perhaps one day we will find what we seek. There is an old saying that goes "If you believe in something long enough, it will become true." We can only hope.

Yes we can hope but That is not the only thing we can do for if we only hoped nothing will ever happen. We have to try as well to get what we want.

I agree fully. After all, in the end it will actions that speak louder than words.

Off topic, but I have a question. Would it be ok for me to make a signature/userbar thread in the art section? There I could make sigs and Ub's upon request. It's something I do for all the forums I belong too.

I Agree with the fact that we are all friends and enemies here. For we all love Dragons and wish the same thing all the time yet we all think about Dragons in different ways.

Trust me I got into many fights and yet I still have the ability to realize this fact so I could only say everyone is my friend here. except That Rubin guy. (Long story)

Such makes us human friend, it would be lame if we all agreed on the very same thing, as long as we share the common goal of preserving dragons, their image that is. This is what gives us strength.

NO,I want trying to say that I was talking about POSERS as in those who think they realy are dragons. Dragonmaster.Couse if I was calling all the peaple who belive in dragons POSERS than I will be glad to be called one as well.

Yes we are friends and it would be lame if we all agree. YET we are all the same and yet to eachother we are difrent, but no that is not why we are human.
no, We are called human because that is what we call ourselves. What makes us what we are our feelings/emotions. We Kill, and eliminate ourselves without knowing it and when it is to late we will be like the rest.

The stories of dragons stayed for only one reason. They were true. How could such fake stories last so long? How is it that ever religion? (even the Americas’ which were not even known to exist back then) Only one answer could fill out that question and everyone knows what it is.

What gives us strength is nothing. WE are only strong thx to elimination of competition and world population.

We are nothing and yet we are every thing. We are all blind and that is why I am what I am.

Also Agian Dragonmaster Yes we are friends yet we are each playing this dragon game in difrent ways and some of us arnt even playing wile others are playing without even knowing it. (NOT PUTING ANY NAMES so no one can complaine about who is what.)

Valid points Drake, it appears I am finally conversing with people who know their craft. I come to learn, and have already been a bit enlightened.

Of course the stories of dragons are true, that's a no-brainer for people like us. what I am saying is that their image is being destroyed by the modern world. There was a time when the word dragon would inspire fear for all. A respecting fear. Now if the word dragon comes up, all that comes to mind for the uneducated is Eragon, or some other Hollywood crap. It's sad.

It is sad indeed that many people think only of dragons in that saddened state from their original grandeur and i sincerely hope that people will not think of dragons like that and it heartens me to know that at least some people remember that they are more majestic than shown modernly

Indeed, it is horrid what has become of the Dragons image. That friend, is my goal. To restore the glory of the word Dragon. As generations pass, the dragon dwindles more and more. If it is not stopped, I fear if the next generation will even know what a dragon is.
