The title under your name is assigned automatically by the board depending of your post count and you can't change it by tweaking the options in your profile.

In some boards this title is an indication of the amount of post and/or how long your have been on the board. It can also serve as way to determine a user posting rights such as the number of posts allowed per day.

With phpBB (the code used by this board), it serves no other purpose other than seeing what the egg will become as your post count increase and as manofthewolf pointed out, a custom title can be assigned to you with the help of a Site Administrator.
