It's hard to see from the picture, but it looks like the data was loaded but not the theme/images. It was probably because the server was slightly overloaded for a moment and everything returned to normal once the usage peak was over.

That's what I got when I went to the main page. I then directly typed in the General forum's link, and everything went normal, staying normal as I then clicked on the board index link.
